What do the photobooths look like?
We feature professional and elegant open air style booths. There is no enclosure, so they can easily accommodate large groups of people.

Can the photo booth go outside?
Yes, as long as there is a flat surface with minimal incline. We require cover in the event of inclement weather and direct sunlight. A reliable power source must be within 10 feet of the booth location.

How long should we rent the photobooth for?
For most events, we recommend 3-4 hours. Weddings can vary depending on the itinerary. Contact us at (410) 443-5320 to discuss your needs and we can customize the package and timing to suit your needs.

What do I need to reserve a photobooth?
We require a $300 retainer when booking to reserve your date. This goes towards the total cost of your package; however, is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

When is the photo booth setup?
This varies based on each event. We typically arrive around 1.5 hours before our contracted start time. If you are using the same space for the ceremony and/or cocktail hour, please let us know and we will work with the venue to work out alternate timing and logistics. Adding idle time to your package may alleviate any timing issue.

Do you customize templates?
Yes, we custom design a photo strip template for every event. Please let us know if you have any design ideas, color schemes and verbiage for the design. We welcome any professional graphics designed for the event and will incorporate them in the design as needed.

What kind of backdrops you offer?
Our standard backdrop is a light/neutral color. It allows for the best results when taking photos in less than optimal lighting conditions. If matching a color scheme or theme is required, we have options for that as well. We can design a custom backdrop such as a step and repeat for an additional cost.

What additional options come with your packages?
Our packages are all inclusive for the most part. You have the option of including additional time, a photo scrapbook, custom backdrops, unlimited prints and idle time.

Do you charge any special fees not included in your package pricing?
No, we don't charge any fees above and beyond our all inclusive pricing and client approved added options. There are no travel fees as well.

What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia.

How do I book my event?
Please click on the Contact Us tab, fill out your information and submit. We will follow up with a questionnaire and get you into our booking system. Once the contract has been signed and deposit paid, we will reserve you date. If you have any questions along the way, please contact us and we will get you answers.
